A book that is distributed electronically is called an e-book (electronic book). Our e-books are in PDF format and must be downloaded from our website. A new PDF file is generated for each order and is protected by a unique password. You can save the e-book on your computer, open it as many times as you want and even print it out in full. The content of our e-books is identical to our paperback and often more up to date as the publishing cycle is faster.

Many customers have questions about how the ordering and download process works for our e-books so we thought we should explain in detail here so as to answer all the frequently asked questions in one place:

Ordering products off our website is similar to the majority of websites out there on the internet. You order the downloadable product as you would any other product-by clicking "Add to Cart" on the product's ordering page, since it is a digital product you can order a quantatity no greater than 1. Click on "Check Out" and provide the required customer and payment information, and then click "Submit." When you click "Submit," you will be taken to the website of our payment processing partner PayPal. From here you can either pay via credit card or if you have an existing paypal account pay directly with the funds in your account. After you have succesffuly completed payment through PayPal you will see a large orange button or a hyperlink. Click on it and it will return you to your AceTheCase.com order confirmation page which displays your password and the link from which you can then download the e-book file/s. As mentioned our e-books are PDF files and you will need Adobe Acrobat 4.0 or higher to view them. Naturally you cannot download the e-books until after you have submitted your payment information. A confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address which includes also includes the unique system generated password required to open the downloaded pdf file. This password will also be displayed on the payment reciept screen so be sure to write it down. Once you have downloaded and successfully opened the pdf file feel free to print it out.

We take pride in our customer support so if for some unknown reason you have gone through the payment process and are unable to download the pdf file simply email support@acethecase.com and we will check our system records to confirm your order and then email the file as an attachment to your nominated email address. We endeavour to respond to all email queries as soon as possible, however please allow up to 48hrs for a response.

Note: Due to the digital nature of some of our products we cannot offer refunds on our e-books. If you require a refund on one of a our phyiscal products, please return the item to the sender address on the mail package and email us requesting a refund.
